Salbutamol - Ventolin & Proventil is a steroid medication; it is a nasal
spray which is helpful in clearing the stuffy, runny, itchy nose
that may be cause infection and other allergies. It is generally
used when weather is changing, seasonally, when most people have
fever and also for the regular asthma patients and allergies. It is
tested that Salbutamol - Ventolin & Proventil relieve the inflammation
in nasal passages and helps in easy breathing. A Physician will
prescribe to use 3 or more puffs daily for 3 or more consecutive
days. 1 can of Ventolin contain around 200 or more puffs and this can
work for the instant relief for maximum 8 weeks. It is required to
store at room temperature in USA between 68-77 degrees F (20-25
degrees C) and in Canada between 36-86 degrees F (2-30 degrees C).
It is better to keep the inhaler away from extreme light and put it
in refrigerator in the extreme weather of humidity. People take
steroid to prevent the asthma attack but this inhaler can be used as
a replacement of the steroid, but it can’t heal an acute attack but
can help you in normal situation. It is taken orally, shake well
before use. First take a deep breath and then put the inhaler near
you’re your mouth that lips cover the mouthpiece and depress the can
and exhale. It’s better to wash your mouth after using it, and avoid
your eyes. Modification takes time for any new drug and Salbutamol -
Ventolin & Proventil may cause diarrhea; bad taste of mouth and coughing
for a time being.
